For in-stock items within Benin City, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after order confirmation. For custom or out-of-stock items, we will provide a specific timeline at the time of purchase.

Return and Refund Policy
At SoBest Furnitures, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Items must be in their original, unused, unassembled, and undamaged condition, with all tags, packaging, and manuals included.
Custom-made, assembled, or “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 08112754765 or support@sobestfurnitures.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
Please note: Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos/videos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or return at no cost to you.

We currently deliver within Nigeria.
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. The final delivery cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed and processed, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window.
Delivery requires a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery path (doorways, staircases, etc.) is clear and accessible for large items.
Pick-Up Option
You may choose to pick up your order from our address at TC House, 36b 1st Ugbor Road, Benin City. Please wait for a confirmation email that your order is ready for collection.
